How can we help?
How does the AI analysis work?+
When you paste a URL, your browser captures the desktop and mobile versions of the page and reads its text (headings, paragraphs, buttons) through Microlink. Our own rules then check for marketing blind spots and measure your brand colours — no AI involved there. The page text is then sent to an open-source language model (Mistral Small 3.1) running on Cloudflare Workers AI, which writes your brand profile, rewrites and campaigns. Every part of the results is labelled as verified, rule-based or AI.
Will it invent claims about my product?+
We work hard to prevent it. The AI is instructed to use only facts from your page, and we automatically discard AI lines that contain numbers or strong claims (like “#1” or “award-winning”) that do not appear on your site. AI can still make mistakes, so review copy before posting. We never generate testimonials, statistics or conversion predictions.
What is in the launch kit?+
A ZIP organised by platform: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Product Hunt, ads and your website. It has images at the right sizes, captions and posts, a Product Hunt listing, ad headlines, an Open Graph image with meta tags, creatives that fix your blind spots, a marketing report and a brand profile. Paid kits add vertical and square videos and remove the badge.
Where does my data go?+
Rendering, editing and exports happen in your browser. For URL analysis, Microlink fetches the public page and your browser sends its text to our server, which passes it to Cloudflare Workers AI and returns the result — we do not store it. If you start from a screenshot and tick “Let AI read my screenshot”, that image is sent the same way. Your analysis is saved only in your browser.
Do I need an account?+
No. Open the editor, drop a screenshot and export. Your projects are saved in your browser automatically. Paid plans use a license key instead of an account.
What can I upload?+
PNG, JPG or WebP screenshots up to 15 MB. Very large images are scaled down to 4096 px on the long side so the editor stays fast. You can also paste an image from your clipboard.
Can I capture a website from its URL?+
Yes, for public websites. Your browser asks Microlink, a third-party screenshot service, to capture the page. The free quota is limited per visitor per day. Pages behind a login, local pages and some protected sites cannot be captured — take a screenshot and upload it instead.
Are my screenshots uploaded to your servers?+
Not for editing or exporting — that all happens in your browser. A screenshot is only sent (to Cloudflare Workers AI, via our server, not stored) if you tick “Let AI read my screenshot” in Launch Studio.
Which formats and sizes can I export?+
Images: PNG, JPEG and WebP (WebP where your browser supports it). Videos: MP4 and WebM where your browser can encode them. Sizes: 1080×1080, 1080×1350, 1080×1920, 1200×630 and 1920×1080. Creator exports images at 2× resolution.
Why can’t I export MP4 in my browser?+
Video is encoded on your device using your browser’s built-in encoders. Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari can produce MP4. Firefox usually produces WebM. If neither is available, LaunchFrame tells you before you export — use a PNG or switch browsers.
What is the “Made with LaunchFrame” badge?+
Free exports include a small badge in the corner. It helps other makers discover LaunchFrame. Creator and Launch Pack exports can remove it.
What is the difference between Creator and the Launch Pack?+
Creator (€19/month) gives unlimited complete launch kits and premium exports while subscribed (fair use). The Launch Pack (€12, one-time) gives 30 credits that never expire: a complete launch kit uses 10, a single premium image or video uses 1.
How do I use my purchase on another device?+
After paying you get a license key (it starts with LF-). It is saved in the browser you paid with and shown on the confirmation page. On another device, open License & billing and paste the key.
How do I cancel or change my payment method?+
Open License & billing, then Manage billing. Stripe’s secure portal lets you cancel, update your card and download invoices. If you cancel, you keep Creator until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?+
Because premium access starts immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once you begin using it (you confirm this before paying). If something does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right — see the Refund policy.
What happens if a payment fails?+
Stripe retries the payment automatically and emails you. You keep access for a short grace period. Update your card in Manage billing to avoid interruption.
I lost my license key.+
Check your Stripe receipt email, where the key appears in the purchase description. If automatic recovery is enabled, use “Email me a new key” on the License page. Otherwise contact support with the email you paid with.
Can I delete my data?+
Projects live only in your browser: delete them from the Projects panel or clear your site data. For paid plans, the License page has a “Delete my license data” button that cancels any subscription and erases our record. Stripe retains the payment records it is legally required to keep.
My export looks different from the preview.+
Exports use exactly the same renderer as the preview, so they should match. If fonts look different, wait for the page to finish loading and export again. If it persists, contact us with your browser name and version.
The editor says my storage is full.+
Browsers limit how much a website can store. Delete old projects, or export them as .launchframe.json files to keep a backup, then delete them from the browser.
