Subscriptions
Cancel any time from Manage billing on the License page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not usually refund partial periods.
Launch Packs
If you have not used any credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Once credits are used, the pack is not refundable, as you agreed at checkout.
If something does not work
If a paid feature does not work as described in your browser and we cannot fix it, we will refund you. Email support@cigara.app with your license key (or purchase email) and a short description. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
