1. The service
LaunchFrame (“the service”) is operated by Karl MEHANNA (Entrepreneur individuel (individual entrepreneur)), 56 D avenue Anatole France, 10000 Troyes, France, registration SIREN 109926360 — SIRET 10992636000016. It lets you create marketing images and videos from your screenshots in your web browser.
2. Free plan
The free plan is provided as is and may change. Free exports include a small “Made with LaunchFrame” badge.
3. Paid plans
- Creator is a subscription billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Launch Pack is a one-time purchase of 30 credits that do not expire while the service operates. A complete launch kit uses 10 credits. A single premium image (one design in every image format for 10 minutes) or video uses 1 credit.
- Paid features are unlocked with a license key. Keep it private; it is for your own use (an individual or one company team). Fair-use limits apply to prevent key sharing.
- Prices are shown in euros including applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because LaunchFrame supplies digital content and services immediately, before paying you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins (French Consumer Code art. L221-28). See our Refund policy for what we offer in practice.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the screenshots and text you use and to the images, videos and copy you export. You must have the right to use any content you upload or capture, and you must not use LaunchFrame for unlawful, deceptive or infringing material. Website capture and analysis must only be used on pages you are allowed to reproduce.
5a. AI-generated content
Marketing copy, profiles and suggestions are generated automatically, partly by AI, from the content you provide. They may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking that anything you publish is accurate and lawful. Design scores are heuristics about design quality; they are not measurements or predictions of marketing performance.
6. Our content
Templates, the software and the LaunchFrame brand belong to the operator. Exports you create may be used commercially without attribution (the free-plan badge excepted, which you agree to keep on free exports).
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Video export depends on the encoders built into your browser. We may update the service; material changes to paid plans will be notified in advance, and you may cancel.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Disputes
